Welcome to beemyminder.co.uk. This Site is operated by MyMinder Limited ("We", "Our", or "Us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9055121 and have Our registered office at K&B Accountancy Group, The South Quay Building, 189 Marsh Wall, London,England, E14 9SH.

What We do

We provide a personal policy and agreement management service that allows you to upload and store necessary information, set reminders, alerts  and provides independent helpful information, articles, tips, hints to make decisions (the "Service").

What We don't do

The information We provide does not address your individual requirements. In particular, Our information does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by Us and is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other decisions.

If We mention companies on Our site, We usually do so because of their attractive rates. As general policy We don't vet them on customer service or investigate their solvency (how likely they are to go bust). Given that the impact of any information expressed on Our site can vary widely based on your particular circumstances, you should always carry out your own research into the product that is of interest to you.

We do not provide financial, investment or other advice in relation to the product or service compared, nor do We provide a recommendation or endorsement of product or service providers.

Your content

Just so that you know, you own any copyright in the text that you post to Our forums. However, when you post text, you expressly grant Us a perpetual, unlimited free licence to republish that text on Our site and to redistribute/make available and/or sell that text in print or electronic form anywhere in the world as part of an edited compilation or otherwise.

The Site relies in part on software to work. Software has bugs. Whilst We monitor the Site and try to fix bugs promptly, We do not guarantee that the Site will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses.

Nothing in these Website Terms affects any liability which We may have for death or personal injury arising from Our negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Indemnity

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Service Terms are governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim brought by you arising from, or related to, use of the Service and these Service Terms.

Suspension of the Service

We may at any time suspend your use of the Service on reasonable grounds which relate to:

  • the security of the Service including the suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Service; and/or
  • your use of the Service in contravention of any reasonable instructions given from time to time by Us.

You will normally be given advance notice (by email) if your use of the Service is going to be suspended. Such notice will tell you why such action is being taken. Please note that you will not receive notice or details of why the action is being taken if this would compromise reasonable security measures or if it is unlawful to do so.

Variation of the Service

We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without notice. You agree that We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to alter any features or other characteristics of the Service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time. Note, extended periods of inactivity may also result in cancellation or Account Information stored in the Service being made unavailable. On cancellation, your personally identifiable information will be securely and permanently deleted from Our systems.

Retention

We will retain information you store on Our Services for as long as We need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, We will also delete this information. But please note:

·       there might be some latency in deleting this information from Our servers and back-up storage; and

·       We may retain this information if necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce Our agreements.

Validity of these Service Terms

If any part or provision of these General Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.

Complaints

We aim to provide a high level service to all Our customers but occasionally things can go wrong. When this happens We will do everything We can to put things right and assist you.

What to do if you have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about Our service, please contact Us first by email enquiries@beemyminder.co.uk and if after emailing Us you are still not satisfied please write to Us at MyMinder Limited, K&B Accountancy Group, The South Quay Building, 189 Marsh Wall, London,England, E14 9SH. Please include your name and address, a contact telephone number, and details of why you are unhappy. This will help Us to respond to you as quickly as possible. If We do not have enough information to investigate your complaint We will try and contact you to ask for further details.

If We are unable to resolve your complaint by the close of business the next working day, We will send a written acknowledgement of your complaint to you within 5 working days of its receipt.

By the end of eight weeks after receipt of your original complaint letter We will send you a final response or a letter explaining why We are still not in a position to issue a final response and advising you of when We expect to be able to do so.

You may after eight weeks, or if you are unhappy with Our response to your complaint, contact the Financial Ombudsman Service who may be contacted at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR, Telephone 0800 0234567.

If your complaint is regarding a product or service that you have purchased via this website, then you should complain directly to the relevant product or service provider responsible for supplying the product or service about which you wish to complain.

We cannot answer complaints on behalf of a product or service provider or accept responsibility for any such complaints. We recommend that you visit the website of the product or service provider and follow their complaints procedure if you wish to make a complaint against them.

Amendments

We may make changes to these Terms at any time. We will let you know what these changes are by posting them to this page, but it is your responsibility as a user to make sure that you are aware of them, by checking for any changes on a regular basis. Changes will become effective as soon as they are posted. If you continue to use Our site after the posting of changes to these Terms, it means that you accept any such changes.

We also continue to work on features to keep your information safe in addition to things like two-factor authentication, encryption of files at rest, and alerts when new devices and apps are linked to your account.
