We’re always up for improving our services and that includes how our customers use our website. Over the past couple of months we’ve made some changes to our website to improve our customer’s experience and we’re so happy with them.

We’re always thinking about the client’s experience, so we reviewed the site to make it more interesting and to provide relevant information. We love to hear what our customers think about our services and we welcome any constructive comments. When enhancing our site, we took on some of the helpful feedback we had from our customers.

So, before we get onto the changes, we’d like to say thank you and we hope you enjoy the enhancements we’ve made!

Over on the home page we’ve added a snazzy animated banner to engage visitors, which includes a handful of key benefits of our services. We’ve also made it clear to visitors that it only takes a few minutes from start to finish to sign up with us. To include more details and highlights, such as our latest tweets, blogs and news, we extended the footer.

We know that a varied range of people use our services, so on ‘What’s the Buzz About?’ we’ve added a feature that explains how our services can help different demographics. Simply click on the demographic that suits you and you’ll find a range of benefits of using our services, tailored to you.

Moving on to our ‘Bee Secure’ page, we’ve added a few more thorough details about security and how we protect your data. This enhancement was in fact based on a number of comments from our clients. We like to go the extra mile, so we took their feedback on board and got to work.

In our opinion, there’s always room for improvement and that’s why we encourage any feedback from our clients. We hope you’re as pleased with the site enhancements as much as we are and remember, if you have any comments, please feel free to get in touch!
